Viola is an original founder and ensures the focus of IQX is on our clients. Viola provides valuable internal support to the entire team and helps our clients focus on maximising the use of their IQX system.
Michael Scott
Development Director
The original brains behind the IQX software, Michael leads our growing team of desktop, web, mobile and database developers from strength to strength. Working in close partnership with the entire team, Michael continues to innovate.

Tim has been a part of IQX since the very beginning. He was involved with the setup and direction of the company in its infancy and continues to be a key influence on the growth and direction of IQX.
Tracy Buchan
Operations Director
Tracy has worked across a myriad of industry sectors, including the Third Sector. She is driven by a passion for finding solutions. The skills and delivery approach she learned early on still rings true today. Her role within IQX is people-centric, focused on client care and creating an empowering atmosphere for colleagues.

1992
Founders Viola and Michael started providing software solutions and support across a number of business sectors.
1997
IQX Limited officially launched, with Managing Director, Justin, joining forces with Michael and Viola.
1998
Strategy focused completely on the recruitment industry.
2000
Windows version of IQX launched.
2002
Version 2 of IQX launched.
2005
In-house development department expanded.
2006
Customisable software solutions for shift workers enhanced to be unrivalled in the market.
2009
IQXNet launched, allowing Consultants to access and place Candidates on their IQX database via the internet. Katy -yes but the raXWEB is vastty
2010
Payroll Business Solutions integration of Accord Payroll with IQX.
2011
AWR tools enabled for easy automatic compliance.
2012
Enhanced Sales Ledger launched.
2013
Shift Master Roster developed.

IQX doubles its headcount.

Recruitment sector specialist and technology guru, Russell Dalgleish, joins board as NonExecutive Director.
